b.good (Brookline, MA)

Dubbed "El Guapo"

This burger is badass enough to have been born in a pool of gasoline. It might have been inspired by b.good-Brookline's service station beginnings. That's right, this location of the Boston-Based Boutique Burger Chain b.good choose a former Texaco Gas Station for it's 4th branch. This place is anything but a run down burger joint/gas station. With it's glimering hardwood floors, patio seating, wifi and bathrooms that feel like home. In fact owners Jon Olinto and Anthony Ackil received recognition from the Brookline Historical Society for their work in preserving the landmark along Harvard St.

The burger itself showcases healthy, yet tasty options. Such as your choice between house ground beef or turkey, grilled chicken breast or veggie burgers. I went with the turkey burger. With fresh, local lettuce, tomatoes that are often grown on the roof of it's locations and a spicy homemade jalapeno ranch with bacon all shoved on a whole wheat bun This burger taste great and leaves you with a guilt free conscience.

P.S.

Hand cut, non-greasy baked fries and a nonfat frozen yogurt shake to hit all major food groups!
